Terms and Conditions
- Open to UAE residents only. Overseas players are not eligible.
- By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and any other requirement defined by Shamal Media Services LLC.
- To participate, type "Your Full Name" and send us on 3706. SMS will be charged at AED 1/- per SMS.
- This promotion is Open only for Etisalat mobile Subscribers.
- SMS should reach before 20:00hrs to be eligible for the day's show. Entries received after 20:00hrs will be eligible for the next day. Each SMS is valid only for one show.
- In case of cancellation of transmission due to unavoidable circumstances, technical reasons such as disconnection, Act of God, Government actions, hacking, data corruption or other force majure circumstances Shamal Media Services LLC (HUM FM) will not be liable to pay any amount or compensation whatsoever to any participant.
- Winners have to collect prizes within 15 working days of intimation. No claims will be entertained after 15 working days. All gift vouchers have to be used within the valid period. There will be no extension given.
- Shamal Media Services LLC will not entertain any claim for the loss of any vouchers.
- The prize/vouchers is non-refundable, non-transferable.
- SMS received with unique code and 5 songs to be retained & presented by the winner to claim the prize.
- Winners will be expected to provide the company with proof of identity. The company reserves the right to demand passports, documents of proof of age, valid residence visa, sms with unique code and will be entitled to disqualify the winner if the details do not match on verification.
- Shamal Media Services LLC's decision on all matters is final and legally binding on all winners. We reserve the right to amend the rules at any time.
- Employees of Shamal Media Services LLC and any company associated with the specific promotion, and their families, are not eligible to enter.
